Practical, intuitive, and stood the test of time — Analogue → Digital → IP → Algorithms → AI → Agentic AI. Connects the old enterprise world to the new agentic world through a global Private Enterprise IP Network. Connects, learns, spins up, and orchestrates autonomously.
SARAH AI Suite is a family of products that share a single brain, a single voice, and a single set of integrations. Buy what you need today; everything else snaps in tomorrow — same login, same knowledge, same identity across every product.
The flagship. 8× NVIDIA B300, 2,240 GB VRAM, 1,000 concurrent agents, full dual-brain. Hosted in our Mini Data Center with 4 TB/E private fibre to your premises — zero public-internet hop.
The mid-market workhorse. 8× Blackwell RTX 6000 PRO, 200 concurrent agents, 235B model on-device. Same software stack, smaller footprint.
NVIDIA DGX GB300 full rack. 20 TB VRAM, 30,000 concurrent C-level agents at 1:1 contention (10,000 voice). For telcos, BPOs, and government — data-centre scale.
The browser-based front end. Email-as-phone-number, SIP + WebRTC simultaneous ring, no app store. Included with every deployment.
SARAH AI Suite sits between two parties — your SARAH AI Suite ↔ their SARAH AI Suite. Negotiates calendar, real-estate, vendor, and contract terms. Email-as-identifier.
The per-owner appliance. Owner / spouse / children identity hierarchy, smart-home control, calendar, and email — your AI, under your roof.
SARAH AI Suite instances negotiate with each other across the world via signed Agent-to-Agent API. Your SARAH AI Suite talks to theirs; both stay sovereign to their owners.
Single-tenant, single-purpose AI receptionist. The entry point — plug into a small business in an afternoon, upgrade to Pro when ready.
A clear definition, four reasons it matters, and how SARAH AI Suite is sovereign by construction.
A sovereign AI platform is one your organisation actually owns, controls, and runs — on your hardware, inside your perimeter, on a network you operate. Not rented from a vendor. Not multi-tenanted with strangers. Not subject to a vendor's outage, price hike, or change of ownership. The opposite — call it tenant AI — is what most enterprises are quietly buying today: conversations processed in shared data centres on shared GPUs, data potentially recycled into models your competitors will use tomorrow, inference routed through a third-party API whose terms can change with a press release. A "private" deployment that depends on the integrity of a vendor you don't audit is not sovereignty. It's a lease.
Why you should care comes down to four hard realities. (1) Regulators are tightening. GDPR, HIPAA, SR 11-7, OCC 2011-12, FDIC FIL-22-2017, GLBA — every one now expects you to know exactly where your data is, who can access it, and how the AI making customer-facing decisions actually works. A vendor SOC 2 letter is not the same as your own audit trail. (2) Vendor lock-in is the new IT debt. The companies most exposed to AI pricing in 2030 are the ones who outsourced inference in 2025. By the time ten thousand workflows depend on someone else's API, the bill is no longer up to you. (3) Competitive intelligence leaks. Every prompt you send to a third-party model is a signal, and signals at scale become a model. Your customer-conversation telemetry is a strategic asset; it should not leave your building. (4) Service continuity is yours, not theirs. When your AI vendor has an outage, your contact centre goes silent. When your AI vendor pivots, your roadmap pivots with them. Sovereign platforms fail on your terms, recover on your terms, and upgrade on your terms.
SARAH AI Suite is sovereign by construction, not by checkbox. Every model is open-source, fine-tuned in-house on 2,000+ C-Suite interviews, and runs on your hardware. Every voice is generated locally — no external speech provider in the path. Every one of the 309 connectors is hand-coded, with no Zapier or Make or n8n in the middle. Hosting is either on-premise inside your building or on our true Private Enterprise IP Network with physical Layer 2 connectivity (10 GE up to 4 TB/E). Your AI. Your data. Your decisions. Forever.
Every byte of inference, every voice, every connector — built from scratch and run inside your perimeter. The full agentic stack, end-to-end, with no third-party API hiding in the call path.
Every line of SARAH AI Suite is written by our engineers. No vendored frameworks doing the heavy lifting; no GitHub forks running production.
No Twilio. No SendGrid. No external API in the call path. Voice, messaging, identity — all native to the platform.
Our base LLMs are open source, fine-tuned in-house on 2,000+ C-Suite interviews. No OpenAI, no Anthropic, no Google in the inference path.
Home-grown from public libraries. Whisper-derived STT, Kokoro / XTTS-derived TTS — both run on your hardware, dedicated VRAM per call.
Everything happens inside SARAH AI Suite. There is no minute counter, no token meter, no usage cap. Run it 24/7/365 at full intensity.
Every enterprise connector built from scratch. No Zapier, no Make, no n8n. Each integration owns its own auth, retry, and error handling.
Two AI brains running simultaneously on the same hardware — instantly, mid-conversation, with zero human intervention.
The Mind — reasoning, objection handling, 23 languages, EQ.

SARAH AI Suite sits between your existing data sources and your business outcomes — turning calls, messages, and tools into autonomous executive work. Connects, learns, spins up, and orchestrates autonomously.
The Mind decides what to say. The Hands execute — instantly, mid-conversation, before the sentence ends.
From the moment your caller stops speaking to the moment SARAH AI Suite starts replying — every step measured, parallelised, and tuned for sub-second response. Three permanently-on engines (STT, LLM, TTS) sharing a single ring buffer. While SARAH AI Suite speaks on one channel, she's already listening on the other.

Every SARAH AI Suite deployment is fully managed by Native English Speaking Australian Engineers — the same team that designed the dual-brain architecture, trained the platform on 1,237 C-Suite interviews, and wrote every line of code.
If your hardware needs hands-on attention, an engineer is at your premises the same business day. No tier-1 triage. No remote-only fobbing off.
Hardware failure → next-business-day replacement on site. Spares pre-staged regionally so the courier window is the only delay.
Call any hour, any day. Direct line into the engineering team — not an outsourced helpdesk, not a ticket queue, not an IVR maze.
Australian engineers. Native English. The accent your customers speak. The dialect your contracts are written in. No translation layer.
The voice on the phone is the person who built the system. They know your deployment because they architected the platform that runs it.
We call you before something breaks. GPU temps, backup health, call quality, capacity ramp — every component checked every 10 minutes.
We call before it becomes an issue. Fix proactively, not reactively.
We investigate and resolve before you know. You get an email after it's fixed.
We diagnose, fix, send the report. You shouldn't have to think about infrastructure.
Critical patches deployed within 24 hours of disclosure. We confirm by email.
Scaling recommendations months in advance. No surprises.
Scheduled at your convenience. Blue-green deployment — zero downtime, zero risk.
Every SARAH AI Suite deployment is powered by a 200 kW Electro-Magnetic Generator per DGX GB300 Mini Data Centre — off-grid, self-sustaining, zero ongoing power costs. The DGX draws ~14 kW. That leaves 186 kW of headroom for Light Matter cooling, network gear, and growth.
In regulated industries, trust isn't optional. The real impact of AI infrastructure you can count on — measured against the human alternatives operators actually run today.
Four decades. Three industries. One thesis: productize the person. SARAH AI Suite is the engineering payoff of a career spent systemizing what other people consider unsystemizable.
Built the only ministerial-approved phone system in Australia for recording calls in the racing and sports betting industry — Federal and State level. Paired it with a private mobile network to overcome carrier congestion during major race days.
Adopted by Honeywell Australia across hospitals and stadiums. ~2,000 enterprise installations. Sold the business in 2015. Cricket: SACA committee.
Moved to America. Started a small call centre in Scottsdale; grew to 256 seats locally and over 3,000 agents across Colombia, Mexico, and El Salvador.
Peak engagement: 80 lenders, ~15,000 fully qualified leads for the federal PACE solar program (Florida + California), SBA loans, and merchant cash advance.
Head-hunted by POINTR (Finland) as CEO of their Australian arm; expanded into the US, Canada, and EU. Clients: European Space Agency, NASA, Mercedes-Benz, Toyota, Ford, John Deere, Saab + 10,000 others. First signed Australian client: Saab.
Lived split across New York, Montreux (Switzerland), and Sri Lanka — vetting call centres in person, never on video.
Spent 2½ years searching for engineers who could make a voice agent SIP-compatible — most "fell off the earth" the moment SIP trunking was mentioned. Eventually built the team that cracked on-premise enterprise voice AI.
Foundation corpus: 2,000+ recorded conversations with fractional CEOs, founders, and operators — every one transcribed, indexed, and now part of SARAH AI Suite's institutional memory.
"Productize the person." Fractional executives don't sell time — they sell a packaged subscription product. The client buys the product, not the calendar.
Chris extends the same logic to SARAH AI Suite itself: every fractional, every CEO, every interview becomes a queryable LLM that sounds like that human, not ChatGPT — an "AI version" of the person, available when the person isn't.
Shared-infrastructure AI is a timeshare. The next decade belongs to operators who own their compute, their data, and their voice. SARAH AI Suite is built for institutions that can't afford to leak — banks, hospitals, governments, telcos — and for families who want one AI under their own roof.
Target market: 5.6 million family-owned, privately-owned companies without boards — where decisions move at the speed of the founder, not the committee.
Founder, IDESKS ONLINE AI · Architect, SARAH AI Suite · Australian by adoption, global by appetite.
Chris Adams W. Ismail is not Australian-born. He arrived as a young adult, with the kind of resume that gets you into the country and not much else. What followed was forty years of methodical self-promotion through Australia's most regulated industry, into America's most demanding outbound markets, into Europe's tightest aerospace supply chains, and finally into the engineering trenches of on-premise enterprise voice AI. SARAH AI Suite is not the start of a career. It is the cumulative product of one.
His first ascent in Australia was through the racing and sports betting industry, where the operating tolerances for compliance, audit, and uptime are genuinely unforgiving. State racing authorities, federal regulators, and on-track stewards all share one assumption: every wager-related conversation has to be recorded, retrievable, and provably untampered. Chris built the only ministerial-approved phone system in Australia for recording calls in that industry — at both Federal and State level. He paired it with a private mobile network engineered specifically to overcome carrier congestion during major race carnivals, when public networks bend under the load and bookmakers cannot afford a dropped call. The platform was eventually adopted by Honeywell Australia, who held the maintenance contracts on hospitals and stadiums; the relationship that opened that door, Chris is the first to acknowledge, came through his late father-in-law, and remains a lesson he applies daily about how doors actually open at scale. Roughly two thousand enterprise installations later, he sat on the SACA cricket committee, the racing kit was a household tool inside its industry, and he sold the business in 2015.
He took a year. Then he moved to America and started, as he tells it, "a little call center for a friend of mine in Scottsdale." Thirty seats grew to two hundred and fifty-six, then expanded into Colombia, Mexico, and El Salvador until the network was running over three thousand agents across four countries. Peak engagement: eighty lenders, fifteen thousand fully-qualified leads for the federal PACE solar program in Florida and California, plus SBA loans and merchant cash advance. The thing that distinguishes this chapter from anyone else's call-centre buildout is the discipline he developed for vetting facilities. "I don't trust these video calls with the call centers," he tells anyone who asks. "I usually come, you know, if there's a call center in the Philippines or whatever, I just go there and stay there for a month and see where they drop the ball." That habit — physical presence, month-long stays, never trusting a video pitch — is now embedded in how SARAH AI Suite vets every partner.
The third chapter was POINTR, a Finnish technology company whose client roster reads like a tour through the world's most consequential engineering organisations: European Space Agency, NASA, Mercedes-Benz, Toyota, Ford, John Deere, Saab — and ten thousand others. Chris was head-hunted to run their Australian arm as CEO ("a one-man-band CEO," he laughs, "didn't even take a salary"), with Saab Australia as his first signed client. POINTR expanded his remit into the United States, Canada, and the European Union. During this period he split time between New York, Montreux in Switzerland, and Sri Lanka — vetting partner facilities, hosting summits, and quietly building the rolodex that would underpin the next chapter.
The voice-AI idea, in his telling, was born "two and a half years ago." He had been searching for engineers who could build a voice agent that was SIP-compatible — one that would sit behind the phone systems already on customer sites rather than demand a parallel cloud install. Every team he approached, he says, "fell off the earth" the moment SIP trunking entered the conversation. Eventually he found a former group that had only built outbound and pulled them back in to crack the on-premise enterprise problem. Before they wrote a line of production code, they did something almost no AI startup does: they recorded structured interviews with 1,237 C-Suite executives across twenty-three languages. Today the corpus has grown past two thousand recorded conversations with fractional CEOs, founders, hospitality directors, hospital administrators, and contact-centre leaders. Every one is transcribed, indexed, and queryable. SARAH AI Suite was reverse-engineered from how the best operators in the world actually run their day.
What ties the four chapters together is a single framework Chris repeats more than any other: productize the person. Fractional executives, in his system, do not sell time. They sell a packaged subscription product — a bounded, repeatable, paid-for outcome — and the client only ever talks about the product, not the calendar. He extends the same logic to SARAH AI Suite itself: every fractional, every CEO, every interview becomes a per-person LLM that sounds like that human, not ChatGPT. "It's almost like an AI version of a Mike Farrell," he tells colleagues. "Whenever we need help, I've got a Google Meet advisor. When Mike's not around, it goes to Mike's AI. It can respond to all of the questions in a way that Mike would actually answer."
His target market is deliberately the part of the economy most enterprise AI companies ignore: the 5.6 million family-owned, privately-held companies without boards, where decisions move at the speed of the founder rather than the committee. He does not want to spend years pitching procurement at a Fortune 500. He wants to spend forty-five minutes with a CEO who can sign on Friday. CEO-to-CEO conversations, he insists, are the only ones worth having, and he refuses to delegate enterprise outreach to appointment-setters. Either you are speaking peer to peer, or you are wasting both calendars.
And underneath all of it, the operating principle that drives the engineering: build the product whether the customer says yes or no. "I built this whole thing for Mercedes-Benz," he tells his team. "Whether they say yes or no, we have a product that is Mercedes-Benz ready." That is the bar. SARAH AI Suite is not designed to be enterprise-grade later, after a successful pilot. It is enterprise-grade by construction, on day one, because the founder does not know any other way to build.

Walk in with a SWOT. Agree the one-, two-, and five-year goal. Then do backwards math — what do we have to do to get there now, today, next year. Strategy-only or full-execution, depending on what the CEO needs.
Brands he's served across these chapters: IBM, Google, Adobe, SAP, RingCentral, Dell, Microsoft, HP. Call-centre partners across Eastern Europe, South Africa, Jamaica, the Philippines.
CEO of Scale Growth Advisors — the Exclusive Global GTM Partner for SARAH AI Suite, an invention of IDESKS ONLINE AI, Australia.
Michael Farrell has spent more than four decades doing one thing across many companies: getting them to the other side of whatever curve they were stuck on. Sometimes that meant tripling revenue. Sometimes it meant integrating three acquired companies into one operating model without losing a customer. Sometimes it meant stepping in as CEO of a debt-laden business and selling it, intact, to a London-listed acquirer. The number that summarises the body of work — north of $1.4 billion in cumulative client valuations and over 500,000 sales appointments generated across his portfolio — is also a wildly incomplete picture, because none of it captures the operating discipline he brings into a room.
Mike's first chapter was First Software in the 1980s, the earliest era of PC software distribution. He was promoted to regional manager inside eighteen months, with mentors like Rick Falk (now CEO of robotics firm Locus) and Dan Tyre. His personal customer list during that era is the kind of provenance no one can fake: he sold to a nineteen-year-old Michael Dell from 1984 through 1988, when the company was still called PCs Limited rather than Dell. He hosted a Saturday office tour for Bill Gates and five Microsoft colleagues right before they took the company public. Those weren't anecdotes manufactured for keynote slides. They were ordinary Tuesdays for a young distribution rep who happened to be paying attention to which kid in the dorm was building a future.
Copley Systems came next, and with it the first proof of the operating playbook he would spend the rest of his career refining. Mike built Copley's public-sector division from zero to one hundred million dollars in four years, enabling the founders' exit to a private-equity firm. Then he ran the integration of three companies — thirty-five branch offices total — at CIC Systems, eventually selling the merged entity to CompuCom in 1998. The pattern was clear by then: arrive, take inventory, agree on the long horizon, do the backwards math, and then communicate relentlessly until everyone was rowing the same direction.
He joined PC Connection as the company went public, and inside four years doubled revenue from $700 million to $1.4 billion. He architected the company's first M&A — a federal-government contractor in Washington D.C. that still operates inside the parent today. The brand play he is most warmly remembered for in that chapter is one most outside observers wouldn't connect to him at all: the Boston Red Sox outfield-wall sponsorship at Fenway Park in 1999, the year of the All-Star Game and Ted Williams' golf-cart entrance from the bullpen. Mike negotiated it. The deal cost a fraction of what a Super Bowl ad would have, and produced more brand equity over the following decade. It is the kind of move that defines his sensibility about marketing: spend where the cultural moment is, not where the agency's commission is.
Then came BAO. He joined a thirty-person startup with three million dollars in revenue and stayed fifteen years, exiting after the company had grown to over two hundred employees and twenty-five million in revenue — and, more importantly, had become the category leader in outbound SDR-as-a-service. The mechanism by which he built that leadership was the BAO Academy: a six-month structured sales college that turned untrained recruits into the most disciplined outbound team in the industry. Mike served as Chief Operating Officer and a board member through that entire arc. The academy is still cited inside enterprise sales-ops circles as one of the cleanest examples of process-as-moat ever built in the SDR business.
He stood up a sales-development team for a German software company in TPG's portfolio. Then he took the role of CEO at GreenLeads in 2019 — a turnaround engagement on a debt-laden business — and over five years grew revenue four times and profit twenty times. He landed contracts with IBM, TD Synnex, and tier-one cybersecurity clients, then sold the company to NEXT 15, a London-listed acquirer chosen specifically because their model is to keep acquired brands intact rather than absorb them. Through every chapter, the brand list reads like a tour of the global enterprise stack: IBM, Google, Adobe, SAP, RingCentral, Dell, Microsoft, HP — and call-centre partners across Eastern Europe, South Africa, Jamaica, and the Philippines.
What he repeats in every advisory engagement is a small set of operating principles delivered as if they were obvious — which they are, until you watch most companies fail to do them. People, process, technology — not in any particular order, but in concert, that's how you execute. Get everybody rowing the boat in the same direction; "I'm the guy with the flag charging the hill, and they have to charge with me." Start with the end in mind, in the Covey sense — short-term goals are only legitimate if they belong to the long-term plan. Communicate, communicate, communicate; you earn trust and respect when people know what the goals are, what the milestones are, and what role each person plays. Operational excellence has to be the ethos. Customer retention has to be the measuring stick. And — a personal signature — send the letter home. When someone has a great month or quarter, mail the recognition to their house, so their spouse can put it on the fridge and their family can pat them on the back too.
His company's role at SARAH AI Suite is unambiguous: Scale Growth Advisors is the Exclusive Global GTM Partner for SARAH AI Suite, an invention of IDESKS ONLINE AI, Australia. Mike, as its CEO, is the reason the platform is enterprise-grade rather than chatbot-grade. Chris credits him publicly: "Mike gave me the inspiration to go out there and build the SIP-based voice conversational AI. I don't personally do any products until Mike inspired me to build something that's at an enterprise level." That is the dynamic. Mike sets the bar — Fortune 500-credible, regulator-credible, board-presentable — and Chris and his engineers build to it. Together they pursue enterprise opportunities across e-commerce, hospitality, MSP, and healthcare under a deliberately constrained model: fewer than five clients at a time, a sixty-thousand-dollar minimum engagement floor, and CEO-to-CEO conversations only. Mike anchors the standard. Chris executes the build. SARAH AI Suite is the artefact they are co-building for the next decade — and the operating discipline behind it is the same one Mike has been quietly compounding for the last four.
Mike supplies four decades of US enterprise tech-sales, M&A, and PE-exit credibility. Chris supplies the convening engine, the productization framework, and the engineering build. Both refuse to do business the way the rest of the industry does.
